Chipo Munyorobi - Founder & Principal Advisory Partner
ASIFA Investment Trust was founded on one principle: serious businesses require real world experience behind the advice they receive.
The leadership behind ASIFA is not theoretical. It is built on decades of hands-on leadership, operational decision making, regulatory responsibility and enterprise development within highly regulated industries.
Chipo Munyorobi brings over 20 years of professional experience across healthcare, aged care, disability services, business management and workforce development. Her career has spanned clinical leadership, operational management and executive level decision making within complex service environments where compliance, governance and financial sustainability are critical.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Leadership and Management and is also a qualified trainer and assessor, combining academic discipline with real operational expertise.
Chipo is the founder and director of:
- Bright Lilly Healthcare – delivering complex disability care, supported independent living services and specialised clinical support.
- Bright Lilly College – a registered training organisation providing workforce development in aged care and disability services.
- ASIFA Investment Trust – a strategic advisory firm supporting founders and operators in building structured and sustainable enterprises.
Through these organisations, she has worked directly with operational teams, regulatory frameworks, financial planning, workforce development and governance systems. This experience provides a level of practical insight that cannot be replicated through academic study alone.
ASIFA’s advisory frameworks were not developed in a classroom environment. They were developed through years of real operational experience building businesses, managing teams, navigating regulatory obligations and making the strategic decisions required to sustain and grow organisations.
Many founders pursue traditional business education such as an MBA expecting it to provide practical direction. While academic education has value, much of it is taught by individuals who have never built or operated a business themselves.
ASIFA was created to bridge that gap.
The advisory approach used within ASIFA is based on real world operational discipline combining strategic planning, governance awareness, financial structure and leadership accountability. The focus is not simply on ideas or theory, but on building enterprises that are structured, compliant and financially sustainable.
Under Chipo’s leadership, ASIFA works with founders who are serious about building businesses that can operate responsibly within regulated environments and withstand the realities of the marketplace.
This is advisory built on experience, accountability and practical leadership not theory.
